Take a look at our general troubleshooting area before giving us a call to save you time and money otherwise feel free to contact us and book an appointment; we will send out an experienced consultant to come diagnose any issue you may have. We do offer over the phone/remote support, but we will need your payment information before we can begin any installation or diagnostics.

Our focus is home users and small home business in order to provide the best customer care. We do not service large companies.

LinQu guarantees all labor undertaken by our staff, but does not guarantee the hardware or software installed in your PC. The manufactures warranty will be given to you after the service has been completed. We are happy to help/guide you through the manufacturers warranty protocol if assistance is required.

 

We do not stock or sell software or hardware, there may be a waiting period for parts to be ordered in before work can be completed.
